Gulf Securities Custody Company, initially established as Gulf Clearing, is a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company formed in the State of Kuwait. It was founded based on the Memorandum of Association No. 121/Volume 1, dated January 13, 2001. The company was officially registered under No. 83510 in the Commercial Register on February 6, 2001. Subsequently, on July 3, 2005, the company's name was changed to Gulf Securities Custody Company - K.S.C. (c) following a resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Assembly held on June 20, 2005.
