Gulf Custody Company (GCC) announced the opening of nomination for membership of its board of directors (including independent board member) for a 3-years term, for two weeks effective the issuance of this announcement.
The Company said that interested candidates, who meet the terms and conditions set forth by the “Securities Activities and Registered Persons” of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), may submit their applications available at the company’s headquarters and on its website, along with all supporting documents to the Company’s secretary at its head office.
