As of December 31, 2018, the Commercial Real Estate Company K.P.S.C. (the parent company) held a 77.57% ownership stake in Al-Mutajara Real Estate Company, which reflects an increase from 72.22% on December 31, 2017.

In accordance with the company's annual financial statement for the fiscal year concluding on December 31, 2022, the authorized, issued, and fully paid-up capital labeled as "Real Estate Trading" is KD 29,002,425.
