Mutajara Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of the Al Tijaria Real Estate Company, announced the launch of a new expansion project for the Al-Rehab Complex, which is one of the most prominent integrated commercial destinations in the region.

It boasts a strategic location and exceptional services that cater to the needs of both visitors and tenants.

The new expansion project aims to enhance the complex's facilities by adding new leasing spaces, including a health club spanning an area of 1,046 square meters in the southern section. The club features a contemporary design with glass facades that allow natural light to flow in, creating a comfortable and bright environment for users. 

Additionally, it is designed with double height and spacious interiors that include an indoor swimming pool, ensuring an exceptional sports and entertainment experience.

The expansion plan also includes the addition of office spaces totaling 1,761 square meters, located in the northern section of the complex, with a dedicated entrance for easy access. This will enhance the convenience for tenants. Construction on the expansion began on September 29, 2024, and the project is expected to be completed by February 27, 2026.
