Al-Mutajara Real Estate Company announced the distribution of 7% cash dividends for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 (at 7 fils per share), to shareholders registered in the company’s records as of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on 5 April 2022, as of today, Thursday, 14 April 2022.

The company said that shareholders should subscribe to the electronic transfer service related to cash dividends through their bank of choice so that Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC) would directly transfer these cash amounts resulting from the annual dividend distribution for FY 2021 to each shareholder’s bank account effective today, Thursday, 14 April 2022.
