Al Diyafah Holding Company K.S.C. (c) is a Kuwait-based closed shareholding company established on November 28, 2005, under the provisions of the Kuwaiti Companies Law. The company was launched with a capital of KD 1 million (one million Kuwaiti Dinars) by a consortium that includes subsidiaries of Kuwait Projects Holding Company (KIPCO), Gulf Bank, KAMCO Investment Company, Wataniya Telecom, Gulf Insurance Group, and United Real Estate Company. United Real Estate Company (URC) is a major stakeholder in Al Diyafa Holding, owning 49% of the company. Al Diyafa Holding's asset portfolio includes the Marina Mall Hotel, Gulf Egypt Hotels & Tourism, and a 55% stake in Bhamdoun United Real Estate.
Capital Structure of the Company:
As per the annual financial report for the fiscal year concluding on December 31, 2021, Al Diyafa Holding's authorized, issued, and entirely paid-up capital amounts to KD 55 million (55 million Kuwaiti Dinars), which remains consistent with the capital for 2020. This capital is spread across 550 million shares, and each share holds a nominal value of 100 fils.
