Al-Dhiyafa Holding Company (DHC) will discuss in its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) approving the draft merger agreement by way of amalgamation with United Real Estate Company (URC) and the agreement annexes, including the report issued by the independent investment advisor, the asset valuation report prepared by the independent asset valuator, and the share swap rate that will be received by DHC’s shareholders set at 0.58 new shares in URC for every share in DHC out of the Company’s total outstanding shares of 550 million.
