Company profile

Aman Takaful Insurance Company was established in August 2011 as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company to provide various types of insurance in line with the guidelines of Islamic Sharia principles. The Company launched its activities in June 2013. It provides various types of Takaful insurance to individuals and corporations including auto, properties, accidents, fire, theft, marine and health insurance, as well as insurance operations and valuations. The Company’s capital was set at KWD 2.5 million and it was raised to KWD 5 million, divided into 50 million shares at 100 files per share, all of which are cash shares.
