The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Aman Takaful Insurance Company, which was held on Tuesday, 28 February 2023, unanimously approved to initiate the procedures for restructuring the company's debts in accordance with Article (255) of the Bankruptcy Law, as ordered by the bankruptcy judge.
