It was registered in the Commercial Registry under No. 36561 on February 1999 and its last amendment on October 26, 2014, and the company's shares were listed on the Kuwaiti Stock Exchange on January 26 2003, and the company withdrew from the Kuwait Stock Exchange on April 17, 2016.
