Kuwait Packing Materials Manufacturing Company - a Kuwaiti Shareholding Company (Closed) - held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, 2 February 2022 in the meeting room at its headquarters. The EGM passed a resolution to add a new activity to it objectives for which it was established. Accordingly, it was approved to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association to add a new activity as follows: Production of construction chemicals (ordinary and highly effective plasticizers and making air bubbles, concrete spray materials, loosening bricks, concrete adhesive, filling non-contracting spaces, sealing joints, moisture-proof silicone materials).
