Kuwait Packaging Materials Manufacturing Company held its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday, 30 July 2023, and agreed to amend Article (5) of the Memorandum of Incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association, by adding an additional activity to its objectives, as follows:
Print (printer). Manufacture of cardboard boxes, boxes, folded or single bags of paper or corrugated cardboard. Import chemicals. Buy and sell stocks and bonds on behalf of the company. - Invest the company’s surpluses in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
