Qurain Holding Company - K.S.C. (c) was established as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law in Kuwait on November 29, 1998. The company is registered under Commercial Registration No. 75440. Its shares were initially listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange on December 27, 2006, but it later withdrew from the main market on December 13, 2015.
