Al Qurain Holding Company will discuss and approve the Board of Directors' report for the fiscal year ending 12/31/2023, during its regular general assembly scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at the company's headquarters.

The agenda of the general assembly will also include discussing and approving the company's financial statements for 2023, approving not distributing profits to shareholders and not distributing a bonus to members of the board of directors, also discussing the release of members of the board of directors from all matters related to their legal, administrative and financial actions for the fiscal year ending 12/31/2024, and appointing or reappointing the company's auditor and authorizing the board of directors to determine his fees.
