Al-Qurain Educational Company was established with a capital of KWD 2 million. The Company’s objectives include, without prejudice to the provisions of Law number 1 of 2016 on the Promulgation of the Companies Law, its amendments and its executive regulations, are: To establish, set up, own and manage language and Arabic schools, language centers, private institutes, training institutes, the establishment and management of students and teachers dorms to be attached to these schools and centers (subject to receiving the required approvals from the Ministry of Education). To establish, set up and manage schools in various stages of education, and its purposes also include importing, buying and selling educational materials, textbooks and audio and visual educational literature, in addition to practice its activities electronically.
