Gulf Express Company held its Extraordinary General Assembly for the financial year ending on March 31, 2025, on September 24, 2025, and approved the amendment of Article 5 of the Memorandum of incorporation and Article 4 of its Articles of Association to update the international classification codes (ISIC) of its business activities. Among the updated activities are:

•    Sale of car decorations and accessories
•    Maintenance, repair, and replacement of car tires (tire services)
•    Maintenance, repair, and replacement of light vehicle tires
•    Maintenance, repair, and replacement of heavy vehicle tires
•    Wholesale car tires
•    Investment of financial surpluses in investment portfolios managed by specialized companies or entities
•    Retail sale of auto spare parts and related items

The company may engage in the above-mentioned activities inside Kuwait and abroad, either directly or as an agent. It may also have an interest or participate in any way with entities engaged in similar activities or those that may assist in achieving its objectives, whether in Kuwait or abroad. The company is also permitted to establish, participate in, acquire, or affiliate with such entities.
