During the same Extraordinary General Assembly held on October 12, 2025, Caveo Brokerage Company amended Article (5) of its Memorandum of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association related to the company’s activities, which now read as follows:

•    Providing brokerage services in direct trading of FX, metals, and commodities for individuals and companies outside the State of Kuwait.
•    Buying and selling stocks and bonds for the company’s own account.
•    Owning real estate and movable assets for the company’s benefit.
•    Buying and selling land and real estate for the company’s own account only.
•    Investing financial surpluses in investment portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
