Al-Waseela Real Estate Development Projects Company will hold its Ordinary General Assembly on October 13, 2025, to discuss the Board of Directors' and Auditor’s reports, as well as reports on violations and penalties issued by regulatory authorities, and transactions carried out or to be carried out with related parties.

The meeting will also review and approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024.

The upcoming General Assembly of "Al-Waseela" will also address the decision not to transfer funds to the (statutory and voluntary) reserves due to accumulated losses. In addition, it will discuss the discharge of the Board of Directors from legal, administrative, and financial liabilities for their actions during the 2024 fiscal year, the appointment or reappointment of the external auditor, and authorizing the Board of Directors to determine the auditor’s fees for the fiscal year ending December 2025.
