Al-Waseela Development Projects Company K.S.C. (Closed) was established as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company pursuant to Memorandum of Incorporation number 1435, Volume 4 registered at the Real Estate and Authentication Department at the Ministry of Justice on 20 January 1984 and its amendments, the latest of which was recorded on 3 April 2005 as entry number 2652 volume (1). The Company is subject to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry control. Its capital was set at KWD 32,658,228 divided into 326,582,280 shares, at 100 fils per share, all of which are cash shares.

Al-Waseela Development Projects Company seeks to establish distinctively professional projects in the GCC to fill the growing need for business incubators due to the following factors:

Key Projects:
Industrial Occupational Complex
It consists of 12 specialized units and equipped with the necessary machinery and equipment as required to operate the various activities provided by the Company. The Company provide the facility for users free of charge. These units serve about 480 small workshops dedicated to craftsmen, including all services, stores and observation rooms. The complex provides 480 trade showrooms for the workshop owners in addition to 240 primary exhibitions. The industrial complex also includes a training institute, restaurants, cafeterias, kids play areas, prayer room, washrooms and other facilities. This complex is represented on the blueprints from A to E, in addition to a mosque, roads and parking area.
