Al Hamra Real Estate Company held its Extraordinary General Assembly on September 15, 2025, in the meeting hall, where it approved the amendment of Article (5) of its Memorandum of incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association related to the company’s objectives, which shall now read as follows:
Buying and selling land and real estate, buying and selling resorts, leasing and renting resorts, constructing buildings, managing and leasing owned or rented properties (residential and non-residential), project management, operating serviced apartments, hotel management and operation, owning real estate and movable assets on behalf of the company, and managing third-party properties.
Managing and developing land and real estate, reserving properties, designing, constructing, operating, maintaining, and converting projects under the PPP system (Public-Private Partnership), organizing and managing trade exhibitions, organizing and managing exhibitions and conferences, managing (hotels – serviced apartments – motels – youth hostels – guest houses – rest areas), and operating a multi-purpose hall (wedding hall – conferences – exhibitions).
The company’s objectives also include real estate consulting, building maintenance services, real estate valuation and auction services, excluding shops, parks, recreational parks, beaches, and coastlines. It also includes operating exhibitions and entertainment-oriented markets, managing tourist and public facilities, operating and managing sports facilities and providing all necessary services, managing health institutes and wellness centers, establishing companies or partnering with others to implement the company’s activities, buying and selling shares and bonds on behalf of the company, and investing financial surpluses in portfolios managed by specialized companies or entities.
