The extraordinary general assembly of Al-Masila Holding Company convened on February 5, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article (4) of its Articles of Association. 

The company's objectives are now defined as follows:

“The purposes for which the company was established are to engage in the following activities: 

•    holding company activities.
•    managing its subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies in which it has shares.
•    providing them with the necessary support.
•    investing its funds in trading stocks, bonds, and other securitie.
•    owning the properties and movable assets necessary for conducting its work within the legal limits allowed.
•    The company may finance or lend to companies in which it has shares or interests and guarantee them with third parties; in this case, the holding company's share in the capital of the borrowing company must not be less than 20%. 
•    The company will own intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, industrial designs, and other moral rights, exploit them, and lease them to its subsidiaries and others.
•    It may also own shares exclusively for the holding company and manage the business activities of the holding operations.
•    The company may carry out the activities in Kuwait and abroad, whether directly or through agency. 
•    The company may have interests or collaborate in any way with entities engaged in similar activities or that may assist it in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad. 
•    It may establish, participate in, or acquire these entities and proceed with all these purposes, subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities.”
