The Extraordinary General Assembly of Carton Industries Company, held on Sunday, November 3, 2024, approved amendments to Article No. (5) of the Articles of Incorporation and Article No. (4) of the Company’s article of association to include the following objectives: 

- Manufacturing cardboard boxes and folded or single-piece bags made from paper or corrugated cardboard. 

- Producing paper and corrugated cardboard. 

- Manufacturing paper or corrugated cardboard containers for food, beverages, and other purposes. 

- Managing industrial and craft facilities. 

- Investing financial surpluses in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities. 

- Buying and owning shares solely for the benefit of the company. 

- Acquiring real estate and movable properties for the company's interest. 

- Importing chemical materials.
