The Capital Markets Authority ( CMA) issued Resolution No. (153) of 2024 regarding a special marketing license for a collective investment scheme established outside the State of Kuwait , granted to Gulf Capital Investment Company ( Invest GB)  to market 5,157,258 shares of Class S of Ares Global Wealth Management Solutions SCI Fund, for special marketing within the State of Kuwait and established in Luxembourg.

The share offering price at the time of subscription shall be based on the net asset value per share according to the latest monthly evaluation, in addition to a subscription commission of 1.50% paid once upon subscription, provided that the maximum total value of the shares offered in the State of Kuwait shall not exceed 50 million Kuwaiti dinars (only fifty million Kuwaiti dinars).
