Purchase of all materials and machinery necessary for the company to carry out its purposes such as delivering mobile telephone service to its students as well as automated call and maintenance of these services in all possible modern ways.

Provide wireless information transmission.

International telephone service via special cards.

Marketing and leasing electronic communications devices and internal communication networks (with the approval of the Ministry of Communications).

Owns the transports and real estate necessary to start their activities within the limits permitted in accordance with the law.

Exploiting the company's financial surpluses by investing in portfolios managed by specialized companies and destinations.

The company has the above-mentioned business in Kuwait and abroad in original or proxy capacity.

The company may have an interest or share in any way with bodies that engage in or may cooperate in achieving their purposes in Kuwait or abroad, and may establish, participate, purchase or join these bodies.

Zajil International Telecom Company was established on 15 April 2008 as a Kuwait Closed Shareholding Company with a capital of KD 3 million.  

Par value of the shares is 100 fils per share.

The general assembly of Zajil approved an increase in its capital from KD 3 million to KD 9,025,200.
