Al-Dorra Petroleum Services Company - K.S.C. (c) was initially established under the name AQ Middle East - a W.L.L company on May 20, 2002. The company changed its legal entity to a Kuwaiti shareholding company on April 10, 2006 and the company's name was changed to Al-Dorra Petroleum Services Company - K.S.C. (c) on July 18, 2006. To operate in the service sector where the company maintains oil wells and sells, buys and transports oil derivatives and petrochemical products.

Al Durra Petroleum Services Extraordinary General Assembly held on Monday 10 June 2019 approved the reduction of its capital from KD 28.144 million (Twenty-eight million one hundred and forty-four thousand Kuwaiti Dinars) to KD 25,644,091 to amortize accumulated losses.
