• Executing pledges and cleaning tenders for various entities within and outside the State of Kuwait.
• Providing a wide range of cleaning services, environmental protection measures, and initiatives to combat pollution, both within and outside the State of Kuwait.
• Importing monitoring, control, and environmental measurement devices.
• Undertaking demolition works and waste transportation services.
• Participating in collaborations with entities engaged in similar businesses or those that can support in achieving common objectives, both in Kuwait and abroad. The company may establish, participate in, acquire, or affiliate with such entities. This applies to operations conducted within or outside Kuwait, either directly or as delegated.

• Establishing environmental projects aimed at combating marine and air pollution, treating polluted soil, oil spill cleanup, and water pollution treatment.
• Importing and trading materials, supplies, and equipment for environmental protection and pollution treatment.
• Utilizing the company's financial surpluses by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
• Supply, installation, and maintenance of devices to periodically monitor and measure various types of pollutants.
• Transportation, treatment, recycling, and utilization of plant and animal waste within and outside Kuwait.
• Providing oil consulting and industrial consulting services.
• Mechanical installations and electrical wiring for the company's operations.
• Buying and selling shares and bonds for the company's account. The company may have an interest in or participate with entities engaging in similar businesses or those that assist in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad. It may establish, participate in, purchase, or attach such entities, subject to the approval of competent authorities.

Al Dhow Environmental Projects Company, a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company, was established on December 6, 2006, in adherence to the regulations laid out in the Commercial Companies Law No. 15 of 1960. The company is officially registered under No. 116918 in the commercial register.
