11. Utilizing the company's financial surpluses by investing in portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities.
12. Direct contribution to the development of infrastructure in residential, commercial, and industrial areas through the BOT system and real estate facilities management under the BOT system.
13. Representation of real estate companies, foreign mortgage companies, and relevant service providers in Kuwait, as required by the company's objectives, in exchange for a commission.
Company profile

Real Estate Facilities Company, a Kuwaiti shareholding company, was established on January 16, 2008, in accordance with the Commercial Companies Law in Kuwait. Initially known as Al-Tasheel Real Estate Finance Company, it operated in the real estate finance sector. However, in 2015, the company transformed its entity from a real estate finance company to a real estate investment company. The company is officially registered in the commercial register under the number 325869.

Regarding the company's capital, according to the annual financial report for the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2023, Real Estate Facilities Company has an authorized, issued, and fully paid-up capital of KD 25 million (similar to that of March 31, 2022). This capital is distributed over 250 million shares, each with a nominal value of 100 fils. It is important to note that all shares have been paid for in cash.
