Real Estate Facilities Company has announced that it will begin distributing cash dividends for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The dividends, approved during the General Assembly meeting held on Monday, June 30, 2025, amount to 5% of the paid-up capital (equivalent to 5 Fils per share).
The company stated that the dividend distribution will commence on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, through the Kuwait Clearing Company.
Shareholders are invited to contact the clearing company to receive their entitlements in accordance with the applicable procedures.
