- Al-Dar National Real Estate Company (ADNC) K.S.C. (Closed) formerly known as (Al Dar First Real Estate Company) was established on 7 March 2000 as a Kuwait Closed Shareholding company pursuant to Memorandum of Incorporation number 714/1. The Company was registered in the Commercial Registry on 12 March 2000 under registration number 80148 with KWD 1 million in capital. In 2004, the Company changed its name from Al Dar First Real Estate Company to Al-Dar National Real Estate Company, a real estate company and increased its capital through private subscription to KWD 35 million. In 2006, the Company’s capital was increased by 10% cash shares and 10% bonus shares.

- The Company was listed on Boursa Kuwait on 2 July 2005 and was delisted on 28 June 2017.

- The Company practices its activities in accordance with the guidelines of Islamic Sharia principles.

Capital:

ADNC’s authorized, issued and fully paid capital as indicated in the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 is KWD 42 million divided into 420 million shares, at 100 fils per share, all of which are cash shares.
