- Owning, buying, selling, and developing real estate and land on behalf of the company inside and outside the State of Kuwait, as well as managing third-party properties, all in compliance with applicable laws and without violating restrictions on trading private residential plots as stipulated by these laws.
- Owning, buying, and selling shares and bonds of real estate companies solely on behalf of the company, both in Kuwait and abroad.
- Preparing studies and providing consultancy services in all types of real estate, provided that the necessary qualifications are met by those offering these services.
- Performing maintenance works related to buildings and properties owned by the company and others, including civil, mechanical, electrical works, elevators, and air conditioning to ensure the preservation and safety of the buildings.
- Managing, operating, leasing, and renting hotels, clubs, motels, guest houses, rest houses, parks, gardens, exhibitions, restaurants, cafeterias, residential, industrial, and craft complexes, tourist and health resorts, recreational and sports projects, and shops at various levels and grades, including all primary and auxiliary services, related facilities, and other necessary services in accordance with Shariah principles.
- Organizing real estate exhibitions related to the company’s projects in accordance with the regulations in force at the Ministry.
- Conducting real estate auctions in accordance with the regulations in force at the Ministry.
- Owning and managing commercial markets and residential complexes.
- Utilizing the company’s available financial surpluses by investing them in financial portfolios managed by specialized companies and entities that adhere to the principles and rules of Islamic Shariah.
- Directly contributing to establishing the infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial areas and projects under the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) system, and managing real estate facilities under the BOT system, provided these activities comply with the teachings of Islamic Shariah. Under no circumstances shall any of the above purposes be interpreted as permitting the company to engage directly or indirectly in any usurious or non-Shariah-compliant financial activities.
The company may carry out the above activities in Kuwait and abroad, either directly or through agents. It may have an interest in or partner with entities engaged in similar activities or those that may assist in achieving its objectives in Kuwait or abroad. The company may establish, participate in, acquire, or affiliate with such entities.
