AlMasar Leasing & Investment Company K.S.C.C. is a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company established on 27 November 2005 under Law No. 12 of 1998 on the licensing of leasing companies. The company is subject to the supervision of the Central Bank of Kuwait as an investment company and the Capital Markets Authority.

AlMasar Leasing & Investment Company K.S.C. (c) was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange Kuwait Stock Exchange on April 15, 2010 and subsequently delisted on February 12, 2012.
