The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has issued Resolution No. (104) of 2025 regarding the renewal of the securities activity license for Al Masar Leasing & Investment Company to practice the activity of Collective Investment Scheme Manager.

The license is renewed for a period of three years, renewable, starting from August 26, 2025.

This decision was made after reviewing:

•    Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the regulation of securities activity, along with its executive bylaws and amendments;
•    The original Securities Activities License Certificate for Al Masar Leasing and Investment Company (No. AP/2019/0005) issued on August 26, 2022;
•    The company’s request to renew its license with the CMA;
•    And CMA Resolution No. (04) of 2025 regarding the amendment of final approval authorities for procedures of the Supervision Sector, issued on January 21, 2025.
