- Invest in various economic sectors including real estate, industrial, and agricultural among other sectors through its participation in incorporating specialized companies or the acquisition of stock or bonds of those companies.
- Manage the funds of public and private institutions and invest those funds in various sectors, including the management of financial and real estate portfolios.
- Provide and prepare technical and economic studies and consultations, study projects related to investments, and prepare studies for lending/borrowing brokerage transactions.
- Conduct the functions of underwriting managers for bonds issued by corporations and institutions, as well as investment trustee services.
- Financial brokerage transactions.
- Provide financing to third parties, taking into consideration financial safety principles while maintaining a sound financial position, in accordance with the rules, conditions and guidelines set forth by Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK).
- Deal and trade in foreign exchange and precious metals market in Kuwait and abroad on the company's behalf only.
- Carry out transactions related to trading of securities through the purchase and sale of shares and bonds of local and international companies and government institutions.
- Establish and manage investment funds on its behalf or on behalf of others, tender its units for placement, perform the duties of investment trustee, investment manager for leasing investment funds in Kuwait and abroad as per applicable laws.
- Manage international portfolios and invest and develop funds in leasing operations on the company’s behalf and on behalf of others in accordance with the governing laws and regulations.
- Own industrial property rights, patents, trademarks, industrial and commercial designs, literature and intellectual property rights related to programs and publications, for its own use and to rent them to others.
- Carry out all services that aim to develop and strengthen the capacity of the financial and monetary market in Kuwait and meet its various needs, as governed by rules and regulations issued by Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK).
- Mobilize resources for Ijarah financing and arrange for collective financing of Ijara, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), however the company may not accept deposits.
- Invest the Company’s money in various investment aspects approved by CBK and mainly Ijara finance, which requires the acquisition and leasing of movable and immovable assets. That doesn’t include financing the purchase of consumers’ goods.
- Brokerage services of purchasing and selling stocks on behalf of others (Securities broker not registered on the stock exchange).
- The Company conducts all its activities in accordance to guidelines of Islamic Sharia principals. In no case shall any of the above stated purposes be construed as authorizing the Company to carry out, directly or indirectly, any acts of Riba or any acts that violate the principles and provisions of Islamic Sharia.
- The Company shall be directly engaged in the above-mentioned activities in the State of Kuwait and abroad on its behalf or on behalf of others.
- The Company may have an interest with entities that carry out businesses similar to its own or that may be conducive in acquisition activities, and it may buy, participate in, associate with or merge with such entities in the State of Kuwait or abroad.
