Company purpose

- Stehwaz Holding Company K.S.C. (Closed) was established on 1 June 2001 as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company pursuant to Memorandum of Incorporation number 1879/ Volume 1. The Company was formerly known as Amwaj Kuwait Computer & Management Consultancy Company, Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company. Several amendments were implemented to the Company’s June 2001 as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company pursuant to Memorandum, the latest of which was recorded on 12 March 2006 and 26 June 2007 to change the company’s name to Stehwaz Holding, Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company.

Capital:

- Stehwaz Holding Company’s authorized, issued and fully paid up capital as indicated in the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 is KWD 115 million, divided into 1,150 million shares, at 100 fils per share, all of which are cash shares.
