United Industries Company (UIC) was established on 28 March 1979 as a Kuwaiti Closed Shareholding Company. It was listed on Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) in 1997 and was delisted on 28 December 2014.

United Industries Company invests in the manufacturing sector in Kuwait and the GCC. The Company's authorized and fully paid-up share capital is KD 49,546,875 (USD 177,587,400) divided into 495,468,750 shares at 100 fils per share.
