Al-Safat Investment Company - KSC (closed) was established as a closed Kuwaiti shareholding company under the Commercial Companies Law on September 15, 1983, and the company was registered in Commercial Registry No. 36002, then the shares of the parent company were listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange on November 21, 2005 It is subject to the supervision of the Capital Markets Authority and the Central Bank of Kuwait. Then the parent company was removed from trading in the Kuwait Stock Exchange on March 13, 2013.
