Company purpose

F&S Holding Company K.S.C. (Closed) was established as Kuwait Closed Shareholding Company on 11 October 2009 pursuant to the Kuwaiti Commercial Companies Law. The Company was registered in the Commercial Registry under registration number 333518.

Capital:

- F&S Holding Company’s authorized, issued and fully paid capital as indicated in the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 was KWD 12,909,000 (KWD 12,909,000 in FY2014).

- On 29 December 2016, the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) was held and passed a resolution to reduce its authorized and fully paid capital from KWD 12,909,000 to KWD 2,071,104 to write off its accumulated losses of KWD 10,837,896 as of 31 December 2015.

- F&S Holding Company’s authorized, issued and fully paid capital as indicated in the Company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2016 is  KWD 2,071,104 divided into 20,711,040 shares, at 100 fils per share, all of which are cash shares.
