Kuwait Dairy Company (KDCow) announced the formation of its new Board of Directors for a three-year term following the company’s Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on October 19, 2025.
The new Board of Directors is composed of:
Taibah Mohammad Al-Qatami – Chairperson of the Board
Manaf Abdulrahman Al-Wazzan – Vice Chairperson
Mohammed Meshan Al-Adwani – Board Member
Jassem Mohammed Al-Qatami – Board Member
Jassem Muhllhal Al-Mudhaf – Board Member
Yousef Jamal Al-Othman - Board Member (reserve)
The new Board approved the formation of four key committees aimed at strengthening corporate governance and implementing best practices. These include the Audit Committee, Risk Committee, Nominations & Remunerations Committee, and the Food Security Committee.
The establishment of the Food Security Committee underscores KDCow’s commitment to supporting the State of Kuwait’s food security objectives, particularly within the dairy sector, by developing local production and ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality dairy products to the local market.
KDCow produces approximately 200,000 liters of milk per day, positioning it as one of the key pillars supporting Kuwait’s food security through locally produced, high-quality products that meet consumer needs while maintaining sustainability standards.
Taibah Mohammad AlQatami, Chairperson of the Board, stated: “At KDCow, we believe our role goes beyond production and distribution, it extends to contributing to Kuwait’s self-sufficiency and food resilience.
