The liquidator of AlRaya Global Real Estate Services Company (Closed Kuwaiti Shareholding Company – Under Liquidation) has invited shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., to discuss the following items:

•    Approval to extend the liquidation period for two additional years, ending December 31, 2026.
•    Approval of reappointing Mr. Hazem Esmat Al-Ajez from Grant Thornton for Management and Economic Consulting (W.L.L.) as the company’s liquidator, following a discussion of his fees.

The liquidator clarified that if the quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held at the same venue and with the same agenda items on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
