The Extraordinary General Assembly of Kuwait Paint Company, held on September 24, 2025, approved the amendment of Article (5) of the Memorandum of incorporation and Article (4) of the Articles of Association, modifying the international classification codes of the company’s activities to the following:

•    Manufacturing paints, varnishes, similar coatings, printing inks, and mastics
•    Manufacturing of varnishes (polishing materials)
•    Manufacturing of coloring materials used in paint production and artistic materials
•    Wholesale of paints, varnishes, and insulating materials
•    Retail sale of paints, coatings, varnishes, and adhesives
•    Importing chemical materials
•    Buying and selling stocks and bonds for the company’s account

The company may engage in the above-mentioned activities in Kuwait and abroad, either directly or as an agent. It is permitted to have an interest or participate in any form with other entities carrying out similar activities or assisting in achieving its objectives, both locally and internationally. The company may also establish, partner with, acquire, or affiliate with such entities.
