The Extraordinary General Assembly of Combined Group Rocks, held on September 23, 2025, approved amendments to Article 5 of its Memorandum of Incorporation and Article 4 of its Memorandum of Association.

The updated objectives are:

• Crushed stone quarrying
• Import of crushed stone
• Wholesale of sand and crushed stone
• Wholesale and extraction of crushed stone
• Sand extraction, reprocessing, and packaging (quarry operations)
• Wholesale of extracted sand
• Investing financial surpluses through portfolios managed by licensed investment firms

The company may engage in the activities within Kuwait and abroad, whether directly, through leasing to others, or under agency agreements. It may also engage in similar, complementary, necessary, or related activities.

Furthermore, the company may have interests in our partnerships with entities or companies engaged in similar activities or that may help achieve its objectives. It may also establish, participate in, or affiliate with such entities, and is authorized to operate both inside and outside the State of Kuwait.
