The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Al-Oula Securities Brokerage Company (AlOula Wasata), scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, will discuss amending Article (4) of the company’s Articles of Association and Article (5) of its Memorandum of Incorporation concerning the company’s objectives and activities.

Following the proposed amendment, the company’s new objectives will be as follows:

•    Acting as a qualified securities broker registered on Boursa Kuwait.
•    Buying and selling land and real estate for the company’s own account.
•    Buying and selling shares and bonds for the company’s own account.
•    Establishing or partnering with other companies to carry out the company’s business.

The company stated that if a quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Thursday, November 6, 2025, to consider the same agenda.
