"Arabi Holding": Expiry of Credit Facility Agreement for " Arabi EnerTech " Worth KD 1.65 million

Arabi Holding Group announced in a statement to Boursa Kuwait yesterday the expiration of a bank credit facility agreement between a foreign bank and Arabi EnerTech Company — one of its subsidiaries — on October 1, 2025. 

The total value of the facility amounted to KD 1,648,200 (One million, six hundred forty-eight thousand and two hundred Kuwaiti dinars only).

The company stated that work is currently underway to renew the credit facility, and any material developments in this regard will be disclosed in due course, in accordance with applicable disclosure rules and regulations.

Arabi Holding also noted that the financial impact of the expiration of the facility is not material at present, as the renewal procedures are in their final stages, and the facility is expected to continue under the same or similar terms.

The company added that in the event of any material changes — expected soon — they will be disclosed accordingly.
