The liquidator of Al-Matajer Al-Alamiya Holding Company, appointed based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on June 25, 2025, and in accordance with the liquidation approval issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry on July 13, 2025, has invited all creditors with any claims or outstanding dues against the company to come forward and submit their claims along with supporting documents.
The appointed legal liquidator is Mr. Hosni Ahmed Alayan.
He further noted that all debt obligations owed by the company will be considered void after thirty days from the date of this announcement.
