"Gulf Energy Holding" to Discuss Election of New Board of Directors for the Next Term

The upcoming Ordinary General Assembly of Gulf Energy Holding Company, scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, will address several key items, including:

•    Reviewing the Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, and any violations identified by regulatory authorities along with any penalties imposed on the company (if any).
•    Reviewing and approving related party transactions carried out during 2024 or expected to take place during 2025.
•    Discussing and approving the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024.
•    Approving the Board of Directors’ recommendation not to allocate any amounts to the statutory or voluntary reserves.
•    Approving the recommendation not to distribute dividends for the year 2024.
•    Approving the recommendation not to pay any remuneration to Board members and granting them a discharge from liability for their financial, legal, and administrative actions during 2024.
•    Electing a new Board of Directors for the upcoming term, which will span three years.

The General Assembly will also consider the appointment or reappointment of the company’s external auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, and authorize the Board of Directors to determine the auditor’s fees.
