The upcoming Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of Al Sayer Holding Group Company, scheduled for Sunday, October 12, 2025, will address the following agenda items:
Agenda for the Ordinary General Assembly:
- Re-issuance of financial statements for the fiscal years ending from September 30, 2015, to September 30, 2024.
Agenda for the Extraordinary General Assembly:
- Aligning the company's licensed activities with the International Standard Industrial Classification (ISIC) under Clause No. 6 of the Memorandum of Association and Article No. 4 of the Articles of Association, which include the following:
- Managing its subsidiaries or participating in the management of other companies in which it holds stake and provides necessary support to them.
- Investing its funds in the trade of shares, bonds, and other financial securities.
- Owning real estate and movable assets necessary to carry out its operations within the legal limits.
- Financing or lending to companies in which they own shares or stakes, and guaranteeing them to third parties, provided that its ownership in the borrowing company is not less than 20%.
- Owning intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, industrial designs, franchises, and other intangible rights, and utilizing or leasing them to its subsidiaries or others.
- Holding shares exclusively for the holding company.
- Operating a business management office for holding activities.
- Engaging in holding company activities.
The company added that if quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Sunday, October 19, 2025.
