Boursa Kuwait has announced that, based on a notification from the Public Prosecution – Criminal Enforcement, Sunday, September 28, 2025, has been set as the date for the auction of securities (unlisted on the electronic auction market) in favor of the Public Prosecution – Criminal Enforcement. 

The auction is related to the following convicted individuals:

•    Adel Abdullah Falah Al-Falah
•    Abdulrahman Basheer Saleh Al-Rasheed
•    Nasser Bader Hamoud Al-Roudhan
The sale will be conducted by CBK Brokerage Company, in accordance with Chapter Twelve of the Boursa Kuwait Rulebook. 
The broker is responsible for complying with the Boursa rules and the Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the establishment of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and the regulation of securities activities, including amendments.
Unlisted Securities for Sale:
•    Al-Qurain Holding Company – 81,000 shares
•    Kuwait Wataniya Airways Company – 6,247 shares
The auction will take place via the electronic auction system for unlisted securities, by entering buy orders into the system by interested bidders.
•    The auction will begin at 10:00 AM, with a starting price of 500 Kuwaiti Fils per share.
•    If the shares are not sold during the first auction session, the broker may initiate a second session five minutes later, with a starting price of 100 Fils per share.
•    If the shares remain unsold, a third session may begin five minutes after the second session, with no minimum price.
The auction will be awarded to the highest bidder based on the best prize offered for the quantity of shares available.
