Al-Arabiya Real Estate Company announced in a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Tuesday that Bu khamseen Holding Group has sold 2,841,500 shares in the company.

The first transaction took place on September 14, 2025, with Bu khamseen Group selling 165,000 shares at an average price of 314.8 Fils per share. Following this transaction, the total number of shares held by Bu khamseen Group’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and allied parties amounted to 169,513,167 shares.

The second transaction involved the sale of 2,676,500 shares in Al-Arabiya Real Estate at an average price of 308.18 Fils per share. After the completion of both transactions, the total number of shares held by Bu khamseen Group’s subsidiaries, affiliates, and allied parties remained at 169,513,167 shares.
