The Extraordinary General Assembly of WapMed TPA Services Company, held on July 30, 2025, approved amending Article (4) of its Memorandum and Articles of incorporation. 
The revised article reads:

Without prejudice to the provisions of Decree-Law No. 25/2012 and its amendments and executive regulations, the purposes for which the company was established are as follows:
•    Management of insurance claims
•    Ownership of real estate and movable assets for the benefit of the company
•    Establishing companies or participating with others to carry out the company’s activities
•    Buying and selling shares and bonds on behalf of the company
•    Investing financial surpluses in investment portfolios managed by specialized companies or entities.
