The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) issued Decision No. (166) of 2025, approving the renewal of the securities activity license for OTC 961Gulf Custody Company (GCC) to continue practicing custodian services for a renewable period of three years, effective from December 2, 2025.

The Authority affirmed that the relevant entities would implement the decision within its scope, and that the decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.

The decision was issued after reviewing:

- Law No. (7) of 2010 regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activity, along with its Executive Bylaws and amendments,
- The securities activity license granted to the company, issued on December 2, 2022,
- The company’s request for renewal of the license,
- And Decision No. (4) of 2025 concerning the amendment of final approval authorities for the operational procedures of the Supervision Sector.
